This was our second stay at the hotel - we visit Florence each year and now prebook this hotel 1 year in advance.
Its position is great - just a few minutes' walk from the Ponte Vecchio and all that Florence has to offer.
The staff at this hotel are so friendly and professional, the suites amazing - the antique furniture, huge rooms and the welcoming touches of fruit and gift-wrapped soap are added bonuses.
The roof terrace has wonderful views of the city.
The staff will book restaurants, tours - and even booked our horse and coach for our wedding 3 years ago! Similarly, they welcomed our 1 year old daughter on our return trip.
